• Optional delivery instructions you choose to provide.

• To confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
• To contact you by phone or WhatsApp if we need to clarify your order.
• To keep a record of your orders for our service.

We Do NOT

• Sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party.
• Use your information for marketing without your permission.

Order records are kept by Timeout Kitchen for customer service and record-keeping purposes only.

Return & Refund Policy

Food items cannot be returned once they are delivered. However, we stand by the quality of our food.

When You Can Get a Refund

• Wrong item received — the item you ordered is not what was delivered.
• Missing items — part of your order was not delivered.
• Quality issue — food arrived damaged, spoiled or unfit to eat.

How to Claim

• Contact us within 1 hour of delivery using the details on our Contact page.
• Keep your Order ID ready (shown on your order confirmation screen).
• Tell us the problem and the items affected.

Refund Method

• Refunds are processed through Cash on Delivery adjustment or via EasyPaisa / Bank Transfer, depending on the case.
• If your order is cancelled before we start preparing it, you will not be charged.

We may ask for a photo of the issue for quality control. Refunds are decided after review by our team.

Shipping & Service Policy

Delivery Hours

• We deliver 12:00 PM — 12:00 AM, all days.
• Orders placed outside delivery hours are prepared for the next available delivery slot.

Delivery Areas & Time

• Delivery is available around our location: New Khanzada Market, Gohati Pull, Swaian.
• Typical delivery time is 30–60 minutes depending on your area and order size.
• You will be contacted to confirm your order before preparation begins.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives.
• EasyPaisa — pay instantly via secure Easypay hosted checkout (redirect to easypay.easypaisa.com.pk). You will enter your EasyPaisa wallet credentials on the official Easypaisa page and return here after payment. Orders paid via EasyPaisa are marked Confirmed - Paid via EasyPaisa in our system.
• Bank Transfer is coming soon.

Note

• Please provide a complete and correct delivery address so our rider can find you easily.
• Delays can happen due to weather, traffic or rush hours — we appreciate your patience.

Terms & Conditions

By using the Timeout Kitchen website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and may change without notice.
• Menu items and availability may change from time to time.
• Orders are confirmed only after we contact you by phone.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, if delivery details are incomplete or an address is outside our delivery area).
• Cash on Delivery must be paid in full at the time of delivery. EasyPaisa payments are verified server-side before order confirmation.
• Promotional offers and mix packages are subject to their own terms.
• The website content and design are the property of Timeout Kitchen.
